Growing upward, inward & outward

Healthy Rhythms for the Long Haul

Join us for a day-long Soul Care Retreat, where will learn methods to develop a rhythm of “rest, work, pray and play” instead of “run, crash, burn, and recover.” Linda will teach the principles of weaving Sabbath into life, to genuinely experience rest, that we might pace ourselves for a “A Long Obedience in the Same Direction.”

Through a combination of time in the Word, practical tools, prayer, discussion and quiet time alone with the Lord, join us for “Healthy Holy Rhythms or a Long Haul”, as we consider and experience the rest of the God.

When: Saturday the 19th of August, from 10am to 4pm.
Where: Fusion Alcooringa Center, 176 Balinger Rd Buderim
Cost: Morning Tea provided, Lunch BYO or $10 pre-book for Subway
What to bring: Bible, notebook/journal and a heart ready to respond to the Lord.
